Alterations and refurbishment of the Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and roof area to form separate ground floor retail unit and extension to the existing Library at all other levels.
Works involved a full strip out of the adjacent vacant shop and offices above and forming openings between the new and existing properties; in the centre of Leeds.
New shop frontage to the ground floor unit and carrying out a full fit out of the new areas to aesthetically blend with the existing Library, to create additional storage for the vast array of books and new function venue location.
Works also included the installation of a new passenger lift to serve all floors.
