Following a successful tender process, Dobson Construction Ltd, in collaboration with MHA Architecture Ltd, are proud to have been appointed by NHS Property Services Ltd to undertake the full repairs, refurbishment and fit out works at Eastmoor Health Centre in Wakefield.
The project is set to commence shortly and will be delivered over three phases, with the Health Centre continuing to operate throughout the works.
The scope of works will include a side elevation extension, structural alterations and internal refurbishment, alongside external improvements to the main entrance, doors and windows, car park and bin store.
We’re looking forward to getting started and working closely with NHS Property Services, MHA Architecture and the wider project team to deliver the works efficiently, while keeping disruption to the Health Centre and its users to a minimum.
