Community support has always been close to our heart at Dobson Construction, and there’s plenty going on over the coming months.
Our sponsorship of Ilkley R.F.C. continues this year, with a brand-new board now in situ at the club. We’ve supported the club for a number of years, so it’s great to continue that connection with the wider Ilkley community.
On Friday 2nd October, we’ll be joining Caval Leeds as one of the sponsors of the Addingham Beer Festival. Since 2011, the festival has raised more than £90,000 for local and worthwhile causes, which is a fantastic achievement. We’re proud to be playing a small part in supporting an event that gives so much back to the local community.
Our own fundraising continues on Monday 26th October, when we’ll be holding our Macmillan Coffee Morning at our Head Office in Ilkley. If you’re passing, pop in, pick up a sweet treat and help us raise money for Macmillan. Every penny raised will make a difference.
It might seem a bit early to be thinking about Christmas, but we’ve already got something special to share later in the year, and we’ll tell you more nearer the time… 🎄
Supporting local organisations, charities and events is something we really value, and we’re proud to play a small part in the fantastic work happening across our local community.
